$697.00

Did you know that students lose on average one month of school year learning every summer? And for dyslexic students who already struggle with school and writing, it can be even more.

Use it or lose it applies to neural pathways in the brain that form learning connections.

Don’t let that happen to your child! – Take advantage of Wings to Soar’s Struggling with Writing to Soaring with Writing Summer Writing Class for Dyslexics.

The reason many dyslexic students struggle with writing is because they haven’t learned a process for organizing and translating their thoughts into written words

When your child learns our proven writing process, they’ll have a system they can use to strengthen their core writing foundation and gain the confidence they need to start writing.

Together, we will explore the writing process from brainstorming to drafting, revising/editing, and publishing.

Through our powerful combination of one-to-one coaching and group classes, your child will develop skills and confidence to skyrocket your writing to a new level.

Don’t let your dyslexic child’s writing skills decay in the summer heat. Enroll in our Struggling with Writing to Soaring with Writing Summer Writing Class for Dyslexics and get the boost your child needs for a successful, lower stress school year.

Imagine how great you’ll feel when your dyslexic child comes back from school in September with a successfully completed writing assignment they never would have been able to do before, knowing you used the summer months to help them grow in these essential writing skills.

Does your 5th-12th grade student’s writing have the following characteristics?

If so, our online Summer Writing Process class might help!

  • Organization: Paragraphs, expanded paragraphs; complete thoughts that show ordered thinking
  • Sentence Structure: Complete thoughts, punctuation; some variety in sentence structure; attempts compound or complex sentences
  • Word Choice/Usage: Personal vocabulary plus words that can be specific to the topic; will try to put in advanced words if asked
  • Conventions: Fundamental use of all conventions seen; cumulative errors distract the reader
  • Style/Voice/Tone: Attempt to connect with the audience through the use of point-of-view, tone, writer’s voice
